LEGAL · SERVICE TERMS

Terms & Conditions,
in plain English.

You bring the deals and your own affiliate accounts. We convert the links and post them for you, and keep none of the commission. Here is the full agreement that sits behind that — written to be read, not to hide behind.

1. Who this agreement is between

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Affiliaters ("Affiliaters", "we", "us", "our"). They cover the Affiliaters website at affiliaters.in, the dashboard at app.affiliaters.in, our Telegram bots, and every feature inside them — the Link Converter, Telegram Forwarder, shortener, Telegram and WhatsApp posting, X (Twitter), Facebook and Discord posting, and WordPress auto-posting (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any part of the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service. Our browser extension has its own separate terms.

2. What Affiliaters does — and does not do

Affiliaters is an automation layer that sits between the deals you find and the channels you own. It reads a deal message you send it (or that arrives in a source channel you selected), replaces every supported store link with your affiliate link, optionally shortens it on your domain, and posts the finished message to the destinations you connected.

  • We never take a cut of your commission. Your affiliate IDs stay yours; the earnings land in your own network accounts.
  • We are not an affiliate network, a payment processor for commissions, or a party to your agreement with Amazon, Flipkart, EarnKaro, Cuelinks, Admitad, Shopsy, EarnPe or any other network.
  • We do not source, verify, price or endorse the deals you post. We move your message; we do not write it.

3. Your account and eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password, affiliate tokens and API credentials confidential.
  • The details you give us must be accurate. One account is for one person or business — sharing a single subscription across unrelated businesses or reselling access is not permitted.
  • Tell us promptly at support@affiliaters.in if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

4. Connecting your Telegram account and channels

The Telegram Forwarder runs on your own Telegram account — you log in with your number, an OTP, and your 2FA password if you use one. By switching it on you authorise Affiliaters to act on your behalf on Telegram: to read the source channels you selected, and to send messages to the channels and groups you connected.

  • Only pick source channels you are entitled to read and re-share from. Their rules and copyright are your responsibility, not ours.
  • The built-in sources we offer are official network deal feeds (for example EarnKaro or Admitad), provided as-is — what you repost from them is still your choice and your responsibility.
  • Telegram's own Terms of Service apply to your account at all times. Automation carries a risk of rate limits or account restrictions imposed by Telegram, and those decisions are outside our control.
  • You can stop forwarding, disconnect the session, or remove destinations at any time from the dashboard.

5. Your affiliate accounts and earnings

  • You need your own approved accounts with each network whose links you convert — for example an active Amazon.in Associates tag or a Flipkart affiliate account. We cannot create, restore or appeal those accounts for you.
  • Whether a link earns anything depends entirely on the network: their approval, their tracking, their cookie windows, their payment cycles and their terms. We do not guarantee earnings, clicks, tracking accuracy or link availability.
  • Prices, coupons and stock in a deal message come from the source you took them from and can change or expire within minutes. Verify anything you would not want to be wrong in front of your audience.

6. Plans, billing and taxes

The Service is sold as a prepaid monthly subscription in Indian Rupees. Current plans are Basic ₹300, Startup ₹400, Pro ₹500 and Enterprise ₹600 per month, with the Auto Forwarder and WordPress addons at ₹100/month each on top of a base plan. The live matrix, limits and inclusions live on the pricing page and inside your dashboard.

  • Your plan sets your limits — number of Telegram channels and groups, WhatsApp groups, private bot, Forwarder and WordPress access. Exceeding a limit requires an upgrade or an addon.
  • How you pay: there is no payment gateway. You transfer the plan amount by UPI to the account shown in your dashboard, then send us the UTR / reference number and a screenshot of the transfer. We verify it manually and activate your plan — normally within a few hours on working days.
  • When your plan starts: on activation by us, not at the moment you transfer. A transfer we cannot verify — wrong amount, unreadable or missing UTR, or a reference that does not appear in our account — is not an activated plan, and we will ask you for correct details before activating.
  • Honest proof only: submitting a false, edited, reused or someone else's payment proof is fraud. It will result in immediate termination without refund, and we may report it and recover any amount due.
  • Prices are exclusive of any taxes or bank charges that may apply to your payment unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for your own tax obligations on the commission you earn.
  • Coupons apply only as described inside the dashboard at the time of payment, and must be claimed before you transfer — we cannot apply a coupon to a transfer already made.
  • We may change prices or plan limits for future billing periods. We will tell you before a change takes effect for you, and you simply do not pay again if you do not want to continue.

7. Payments, renewal and refunds

Affiliaters is a digital service delivered the moment your payment succeeds. Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and governs every payment you make. In summary:

  • Subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Part-periods, unused days, unused channels and features you did not switch on are not refunded, credited or pro-rated.
  • There is no autopay and no auto-renewal. You pay for each period yourself, so nothing is ever debited automatically and there is no subscription to cancel — to stop, simply do not make the next payment. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Upgrades and addons are paid and delivered immediately and are non-refundable; moving to a smaller plan simply means paying for that plan the next time you pay.
  • Narrow exceptions — a duplicate charge caused by our system error, or a verified extended failure on our side — are considered only if reported within 3 days, and any remedy is granted at our sole discretion, normally as service credit. The full rules, including the situations that never qualify, are in the Refund Policy.
  • Please raise any billing concern with us before starting a dispute, reversal request or complaint with your bank or UPI app — a dispute raised without contacting us first is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension and recovery of costs.

8. Beta features — WhatsApp in particular

Any feature we label beta, preview or experimental is provided as-is, may change, and may be withdrawn. WhatsApp is a service of Meta; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for WhatsApp or Meta, and their terms govern your use of WhatsApp itself.

9. Fair use and limits

The Service has technical limits so it stays fast for everyone: per-plan channel and group counts, posting rate limits, and reasonable use of the converter and shortener. You agree not to circumvent those limits, run multiple accounts to stretch them, or automate the Service through unofficial scripts or resale. If your usage is materially outside normal single-user behaviour, we may contact you, throttle the account, or ask you to move to a suitable plan.

10. What you must not do

  • Break the terms, policies or technical restrictions of any retailer, affiliate network, messaging platform, social network or store you use with the Service.
  • Post misleading, fake or expired deals, invented "MRP" figures, or coupons you know do not work.
  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or add people to groups and channels without their consent, or otherwise breach anti-spam and communications laws.
  • Post anything unlawful, hateful, obscene, defamatory, or infringing someone's intellectual property or privacy — including lifting another channel's original creative content wholesale.
  • Use the Service for phishing, malware distribution, cloaking, or hiding the true destination of a link for a deceptive purpose.
  • Attempt to breach, probe, reverse engineer, scrape or overload the Service or its infrastructure, or access another user's data.
  • Resell, sublicense or white-label the Service, or use it to build a competing product.

Where the law or a platform requires it, you must disclose that your links are affiliate links — for example under ASCI guidelines in India or FTC guidance in the United States.

11. Your content and your posts

Deal messages, captions, templates, channel names and anything else you put into the Service remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, convert and transmit that content strictly to operate the features you switched on — nothing else. You are solely responsible for what your audience receives, and you confirm you have the right to post it.

12. Third-party platforms and services

The Service connects to platforms we do not own or control: Telegram, WhatsApp, Twitter/X, Facebook, Discord, WordPress, Bitly, Cuttly, and the affiliate networks listed on the networks page. We do not endorse them and we are not responsible for their availability, decisions, policy changes, outages or account actions. If a platform changes its rules or an API, a feature that depends on it may change or stop, and that is not a defect in the Service. Posting to Twitter/X runs through your own X developer app — the API keys you paste are yours to keep valid, and X's developer terms apply to them.

13. Availability, changes and support

We work to keep the Service running 24×7, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upstream outages, platform rate limits and factors outside our control can interrupt posting. We may add, change or remove features as the product evolves. Support is provided through @AffiliatersHelpBot and support@affiliaters.in on a reasonable-effort basis — a real person answers, but we do not offer a contractual response-time guarantee.

14. Intellectual property

The Service — its code, design, dashboard, bots, documentation, the name "Affiliaters" and our logo — belongs to Affiliaters and is protected by law. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service while your subscription is active, and nothing more. Amazon, Flipkart, Telegram, WhatsApp and other names used on this site are trademarks of their respective owners, referred to only to describe compatibility.

15. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account, with notice where practical, if you breach these Terms, if your use puts the Service or other users at risk, if payment fails, or if we are required to by law. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and will not charge you for periods after it stops. Sections that should logically survive termination — including sections 5, 14, 16, 17, 18 and 19 — continue to apply.

16. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant any level of income, growth, deliverability, or that any platform will permit your automation. You use the Service at your own risk and with your own commercial judgement.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affiliaters and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, commission, data, goodwill, channel followers, or account access — including any action taken by Telegram, WhatsApp, a social network or an affiliate network against you. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the subscription fees you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Affiliaters and its owner from claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from what you post through the Service, your breach of these Terms, your breach of a network or platform policy, or your breach of any law or third-party right.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting formal proceedings, please write to support@affiliaters.in so we can try to resolve the issue directly — most things are settled in a single conversation. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product and the law change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced in the dashboard or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
