Deal Converter extension:
terms of use.

1. Acceptance

The Extension is provided by Affiliaters ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the Extension you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms and the Extension Privacy Policy. Use of the Affiliaters website and dashboard is governed by our separate Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility and account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract.
• The Extension is a companion to an Affiliaters account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.
• You are responsible for being an approved member of any retailer or affiliate program whose links you convert.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Extension for its intended purpose. You may not:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Extension;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• use the Extension to build a competing product or service;
• remove or alter any proprietary notices.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Extension lawfully and responsibly. You will not:

• violate the terms, policies, or technical restrictions of any retailer, affiliate network, browser store, or platform you use with the Extension;
• post misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent deals, prices, or coupons;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or otherwise breach anti-spam or communications laws;
• use the Extension to infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Extension, Affiliaters servers, or any connected service.

You are responsible for clearly disclosing affiliate or paid relationships where required by law or platform rules (for example ASCI guidelines in India, or FTC guidance in the United States).

5. Posting and sharing deals

Every deal the Extension creates is created by you: nothing is converted or posted until you click a Convert button, use the right-click menu or a keyboard shortcut, or press Convert in the Extension's popup.

• The Convert & Share option hands the deal you just converted to your own Affiliaters account, which posts it to the destinations you connected there. One click, one deal — the Extension never posts on its own.
• Posts use your own template, destinations and affiliate credentials. Review them before sharing: posts go to your channels under your name.
• Section 4 applies to every post you make with the Extension — what you publish is your responsibility.

6. Affiliate links and earnings

• The Extension helps you generate affiliate links and deal messages. Whether a link earns a commission depends entirely on the relevant retailer and affiliate network, their approval of your account, their tracking, and their terms.
• We do not guarantee any earnings, conversion rates, tracking accuracy, link availability, or price and coupon correctness. Product data is read from the retailer's page and may change or be inaccurate.
• We are not a party to your relationship with any retailer or affiliate network and are not responsible for their decisions, payments, or non-payment.

7. Third-party services

The Extension interacts with third-party websites and services (including Flipkart, Amazon.in, Myntra, Croma, Shopsy, affiliate networks, and browser and app stores). We do not own or control these services, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. The supported store list may grow or shrink in future versions of the Extension — each such change ships as an Extension update, and the Extension's settings always show the current list.

The Convert Only and Convert & Share buttons the Extension places on supported product pages are Affiliaters buttons, labelled as such. They are not provided, sponsored or endorsed by the retailer, and the Extension does not modify, hide or interfere with the retailer's own buttons, prices or checkout.

8. Intellectual property

The Extension, including its code, design, logos, and "Affiliaters" branding, is owned by Affiliaters and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or other intellectual property except the limited license in section 3.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Extension is also governed by the Extension Privacy Policy, which explains what data the Extension processes and why.

10. Disclaimers

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use the Extension at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affiliaters and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or affiliate earnings, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Extension. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Extension shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Extension in the twelve months before the claim — which, for a free extension, is zero.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Affiliaters and its owner from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Extension, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Extension and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Extension or its connected features at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Extension. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 6, 8, 10, 11 and 12) will survive.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Extension after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The Extension itself — its features, supported stores and interface — may also change, grow or be withdrawn at any time; these Terms apply to the Extension as it stands whenever you use it.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Extension.
